South Devon Homes, owned by Johnny Standing, came highly recommended by a close friend for our extensive building project that began in June 2022. The project aimed to sympathetically modernise and enhance our multi-generational family home, which has been in the family for over 50 years, located on a cliff top in Torbay. We needed more space, roof replacements, a beautiful granny annexe, stunning bathrooms, a new boiler, updated electrics, a gym, and a few other luxuries. Johnny and his team worked closely with us, taking the time to understand our dreams and collaborating to bring them to life. Each build phase took place from January to May, ensuring our property was in perfect working order for the Summertime. The team of groundwork crew, carpenters, electricians, roofers, and decorators were not only highly skilled but also friendly and helpful, becoming our friends over time. We have built a trusted relationship with Johnny and his team, who ensured that the right people were on-site regularly to keep the project on track and complete it on time. Our experience with South Devon Homes has been outstanding, and we wholeheartedly endorse their work. We would confidently recommend Johnny and his team to friends and family for any building project.
